The Rencontres Internationales Paris/Berlin will take place in Paris from 18 to 24 november 2024, at different venues including the Forum des images, the Gaïté Lyrique, the Jeu de Paume, the CWB Paris, the Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature, the Pathé Les Fauvettes and the Fondation Fiminco.
The event, which again this year is for the most part with free admission, is a unique opportunity to discover 142 works by artists and filmmakers from over 52 countries. The multidisciplinary selection brings together emerging and established artists from the fields of cinema and contemporary art.
The 2024 edition offers a unique programme with 92% French, European and international premieres – documentary approaches, fiction, experimental practices, hybrid and multimedia forms. You will attend screenings – focus, themed screenings –, an exhibition, VR experiences, panel discussions and a daily forum bringing together artists and researchers to share their experience and thoughts on contemporary audiovisual practices and issues.
